About Greensleeves Music

It all started when...
In 2007 I found myself with more requests for private music lessons than I could handle. I hired my first piano teacher to assist me in teaching the in-home lessons and Greensleeves Music LLC was born.
It's been 10 years now and we've grown to 30 teachers teaching over 250 students in Chester County and the Brandywine Valley. My wife and I run Greensleeves from our home base in West Chester, where we met while students at West Chester University. Many of our teachers are also WCU grads or students, as well as students from the University of Delaware and Immaculata University.
Greensleeves also specializes in providing music for special events, with a focus on weddings. As a performer myself on drum kit and vibraphone, I've had the privilege of working with many incredible local musicians over the past twenty years or so. From doing private events and weddings with party band KA-POW!, playing upscale venues with Good Vibes Inc, and gigging locally with Irish folk trio The Green Rovers, I've established a wide network of performers and musicians in the area. This network allows me to tailor live musical entertainment and DJ service for weddings and private events.
Every spring we host our annual Greensleeves Recitals with the help of our friends at The Garage Youth Center and Jacob's Music. Students have the opportunity to showcase their talents and hard work in these fun and exciting recitals.
